There is no catch. Buy With Me & Sell For Free is designed to reward clients who choose us for both buying and selling. When we represent you on both sides of the move, we waive our listing commission so you can keep more of your equity. When you sell, the only cost is the standard 2% buyer’s agent commission if the buyer is represented by their own agent. There are no hidden fees and no fine print. It is simply a straightforward way to save money.
Do I have to buy or sell first?
Whatever works best for you. We usually recommend starting with the step that may take more time. If you are looking for a very specific or hard to find home, it often makes sense to begin with the buying process. If selling your current home is more complex because of timing, condition or the market, we may recommend starting with the sale instead. There are no locked-in rules. Every move is different and we work around your situation.
Will I still get full service if my listing is free?
Absolutely. Even though you are not paying a listing commission, you still get full service marketing: professional photography and MLS exposure, digital marketing and social media promotion, open houses and private showings, full service representation, and expert negotiation and closing support.
What if I only want to sell my home and not buy?
This offer is for clients who both buy and sell with us. If you are only selling and not buying another home, our 2.99% total commission applies, which still saves you thousands compared to a traditional agent.
