Why can’t I just find these myself?
There is no filter for “distressed” on the public search sites. Power of sale and estate properties are listed quietly, marketed poorly, and often gone before they gain any traction. Finding them is the work, and it is the work we do for you each week.
Am I committing to anything?
Not at all. You are joining a mailing list, not signing a representation agreement. Read the list every week and never contact us, and that is completely fine.
Do I need to be a cash buyer or an investor?
No. Plenty of people on the list are buying a home to live in. Financing works as it does on any purchase, though some as-is properties have conditions worth talking through first.
